GCCM CORP is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee and guide multiple architectural glass and glazing projects from preconstruction through completion. This senior leadership role focuses on strategic planning, financial oversight, client relationships, and ensuring project teams deliver work aligned with company standards, schedules, and budgets.

The Project Executive will work closely with project managers, engineers, sales, and executive leadership to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple glass and architectural systems projects

• Establish project strategies, schedules, and performance benchmarks

• Review contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and project risks

• Support business development and client relationship management

• Ensure consistency in quality, safety, and company standards across projects

• Guide and mentor project managers and project teams

• Monitor project financials, profitability, and forecasting

• Coordinate with senior leadership on operational planning and resource allocation

• Resolve high-level project challenges and client concerns

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction project leadership (glass, façade, or architectural systems preferred)

• Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts and project delivery methods

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

• Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities
